    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: When you use info or a source via discord or another option to find out info so say if im attacking someone and the other person wants help they go in discord "hey im over here come help" and they decide to go there that is meta
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: when you take you do actions that are in your favour like so say your character has say 20 arrows shooting at him and your character his a 5 yr old child in the middle of a field there is no way your getting out of that less you make a pathetic attempt to powergame! Basically when most things go into your favour and its not fair you give your character power say magic when he has never practised or ever done magic.
