    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Metagaming is using outside knowledge in-game, like there's a discussion in-game about something and you don't know about it nor does your character as it's something they've never heard of you, and you look it up, so now you know you know about it but your character doesn't and shouldn't, however, you suddenly jump into the conversation and have your character take part in it, when its something they've never heard of only because you knows about it.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Powergaming can be many different things, overall though, it’s a way of unrealisticly or unfairly taking control of a situation, or scenario. It could be by killing another player’s character without their consent or by having your character do things they aren’t capable of, like your farmer character casting ancient magic without suddenly without previous knowledge of it.

  • Your Powergaming Definition is on the right track, though it’s not quite there. Take another look at our Wiki’s definitions for help, and I recommend including an example so I can tell you fully understand!

  • Your Character Biography states that your character grew up as a member of high elf society. Your character can not be noble, well-known, wealthy, or anything of the sorts when applying for the server. Please correct this! 

  • Your Roleplay Scenario Response needs a bit of work. Your character's actions should not include any of their own personal thoughts, only what other people's characters would be able to see them do.
