    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Metagaming is the use of knowledge someone recieves out of character that their character didn't but they still use in roleplay.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Powergaming is actions that one takes in roleplay that are either do not give another player a chance to react to fairly or is impossible for their character to do so.

Ulnari nods for a moment while looking at a book. She turns to face the gentleman. "Thanks for the welcome kind sir. One could say that I'm here for both adventure and wealth. If you may indulge me?" Ulnari says with a gleam shinning in her eye.

(if Gentleman decides to indulge her)

"I seek to learn more of this world. I have always been drawled to the seas to know more of it. The Creator and the Spirits have made much an impact on this world and I want to know as much as I can. Books will not due for the actual experience of living the world that has certain things to be lived but can't be written down." Ulnari says with excitement filling her voice as she goes on and on about her interest in exploring the world. "Thanks for indulging me."  She finishes returning to a more reserve state but sounding fulfilled.

(If Gentleman decides to not indulge her)

"Very well, thanks for you time but I must be off." Ulnari says with a sense of disappointment in her voice.
