    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Using out of charater information in charater. An example of this would be a person telling someone over discord that a raid is about to happen. "Hey we are about to raid xyz, you should meet us in xyz place"
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Giving your charater an unfair advantage against another. Harlow would aim their blade towards the man's throat, instantly killing them.
