You must have direct lore references in your backstory, just listing two major cities won't do. Your sentences are very long, you can easily gain more sentences if you split some of them up.
• I would also recommend adding a height to your Physical Description.

Tomlin wears large armour accompanied with dark hair and a pale skin tone. He looks ready to fight and has a small scar across his chin. He is 5 foot and 11 inches.

Tomlin was raised in the outskirts of The Free City of Ves in the Northern reaches of Arcas. He was raised here as a simple peasant that would do the daily chores required of him by his family, this would include such tasks as gathering water from the well or rivers, helping out in his fathers stall or delivering goods around the vast trade city. This was a simple life with a strict routine, getting up early and finishing late exhausted. This was not a life Tomlin wanted to live due to the fact it did not pay well at all; eventually he decided he wanted to do something more - as in become a more luxurious salesman and sell some of the top quality products. For this he left Ves and headed towards the Capital of Man, Helena where he presumed the richest members of society would be, the aim here was to tutor under oneo f them or hope that one of the wealth would take him under them as their mentor so he could learn how they made so much mina like they did. Beyond this, he was aware of a recent war that had taken place and ravaged the land called the Wars of the Two Emperor and this is where the victors lived, and Ves was against Helena during the war so he made sure to learn this before setting off. This was because if he was not cautious then he may get backlach for where he lives due to the war. Furthermore, he knew that only one of the four descendant races primarily lived here that being humans which was good for him as he was a human himself.
