You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

Example:

Arethundos would grin at the old wench whilst slowly making his way to the nearby cushion, taking a seat saying, "Who might you be" He would inquire "And why have you been expecting me?" The old hag would gaze upward at the statuesque High Elf and say, "Who I am matters not, but your story on the other hand intrigues me." She would say while giving him an inquisitive look. Arethundos realizing further questioning would not get him anywhere, would begin his tale. 
 

"As a young one I was not like the others, I cared not for studies or status only wishing to one to be like my brother who sadly fell in combat. I began training in secret with the goal of becoming a warrior whose story will live for years to come. With little knowledge of martial techniques I ventured out, leaving all that I had known in search of a teacher. I found my way to this damp little town spending a few nights in a nearby inn until my mina ran dry. Packing my things ready to set out once more I stumbled into your tent in the hopes that it was vacant only to find you."
