    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: In a roleplaying game, metagaming is using knowledge in roleplay that the character you are playing would not know. For example, as a dwarf you would probably not know the ins and outs of a secret elven guild or something like that.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Powergaming is making your character too powerful, or more powerful than they should be. The character you are playing should not be good at everything they do, they need some actual negative traits too.
