Kolvar was born in the ancient elven kingdom of Thales. He heard from his father his Thales was a peaceful and beautiful land of life and safety, until one day a great storm hit and the sudden change of weather conditions forced most of life in the kingdom, including the high elves, to flee from their home. Kolvar was raised in the kingdom of Athera, a mysterious land full of strange land and ruins. Kolvar was raised in combat by his father Olmas Iaryarus and he trained Kolvar with a bow, and sword. Kolvar was gifted at the age of seven his fathers old bow that was made in Thales, and his training began at the age of twelve. Kolvar was naturally gifted with the bow, as his father was before him. Kolvar never knew his mother, his father said she disappeared when the kingdom of Thales fled to Athera. Kolvar trained in both the bow and sword of fifteen years and much more preferred the bow than sword. Kolvar looked was happy until the great Orc-Dwarf war came to an end. When the horrible Orc-Dwarf war ended, a giant earth eating worm attacked Athera destroying most of the great kingdom, and killing Kolvars father in front of him. Kolvar never knew of the great creatures that ate rock and dirt until that day, and forever feared even the smallest work and serpent. Kolvar and the other elves fled to the Isles of Vailor, where the elves lived in hope for peace. Kolvar lived in the kingdoms of courland for he heard it was a place of safety, but little did he know it was a terrible place to be. In the year 1562 a terrible civil war broke out between the kingdom of Courland and the holy Orenian Empire. Kolvar fought in the was and in the heat of battle, lost his right arm. The elves that  found him made him a new arm out of elvish steel, but the arm had to be connected to his nerves, and the process of connecting the arm to the nerves took many days of suffering. When the procedure finished Kolvar left the elvish kingdom and currently travels the lands trying to survive constant war and battle.
