You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

Example: I look back at the crone and smile. "well that's a long story." He looks into the crones deep blue eyes, his own gold eyes filled with thought. "I feel that you would have known that, as you knew I was coming, but I shall tell you anyway. I come from the kingdom of the elves, wishing to learn as much as I can. My parents were strict, they wanted me to become an alchemist like them, but even though I liked the idea of going into alchemy I always had my eye on martial combat, rather than potion making. They taught me some Martial basics, which I turned out to excel at, learning techniques extremely fast for my age.I started out from the kingdom some ten years ago wanting to learn. Unlike other elves, prideful, and to me, stuck up. I don't care if I learn in from other sources than the elves. My mother and father hated me for this peace and willingness to talk to others, but I never understood why. I thought that knowledge and the pursuit for it should come before all, and it doesn't matter what you do to get that knowledge as long as it is mostly morally right. I wish to learn Martial combat, alchemy, of all of it. I want this knowledge to further me and my close ones. Helping at some times." A grin creeps up his face. "And destroying my enemies in others. After all what is knowledge but the person that uses it. Anyway enough of my rant. I can from my city to learn and grow. So let's get to it.
