How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Player 1 using information gained from player 2 from discord or non-roleplay means and using it in roleplay. That is an example of metagaming as metagaming is using information that was gathered outside of RP, in Rp.
How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Player 1 doing things they should not be able to do, fly, godmod, dodge every attack. It's being unrealistic and forcing emotes on someone. *grabs the man* instead of *attempts to grab the man!*
