    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Using information from outside your character and applying it in character, which gives you an unfair advantage. E.g. Knowing about a fight because you were told by someone on discord and logging in to the game to get involved.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Ignoring realistic expectations through giving your character God-like powers that they shouldn't possess. E.g. After being stabbed multiple time you miraculously stand, kill the attackers and fly away.
