    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Metagaming is when you use outside source information during roleplay to benefit your character. For example, if you learn that someone is stealing from your shop through an OOC message and you in-Character banish them from the shop for stealing without obtaining any rp information.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Powergaming is emoting unrealistic and unfair actions onto someone during roleplay. For example, if you have a bow and arrow and emote that you shoot an escaping combatant from 400 yards away and insta-kill him that would be powergaming.
