You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”
((How do you respond?))
Anetha sat down on the cushion that the strange woman had pointed at- she must say it was surprisingly quite comfortable. ''I suppose that if you already had been expecting me that you know my name- but I digress. My name is Anetha- Anetha Trisvaire.'' She took a deep breath before continuing. ''I was born into the Trisvaire family, a quite strict family to say the least.'' Her arms had then found their way around eachother- crossing them as she continued to speak. ''My rather high curiosity always gave me a need to explore beyond the boundaries of our lives. I would sneak out, mingle with outcasts and nomads, exploring various places that were seen as dangerous. It certainly did not give my family a good image whenever I got caught, which ended up causing them to cast me out due to this... young rebellious spirit. Heartbroken by the betrayel of my family, I wandered out alone into the world on my 19th year and have since then embarked on many journeys around the realm. Though my bitterness was elevated at the start of my adventures, it has now subsided as it has led me to the most wonderous of places in this past- half a decade. I met incredible people, learned about many cultures, and uncovered the hidden beauty of the world- these things would have not been possible if I had not left those many years ago. Which leads me to today and this interesting town.'' With a slight smile on her face, she took another look around the tent as she finished her story.
