Youri Uialben is the son of Terr’hi “Mystery” Uialben and Vladimira Petrov. Youri lived in the city of Fenn with his mother for his early days, as his father was not around during his childhood. Youri loved militaristic thinking. His mother was a proud snow elven military woman, so Youri would always make fake battlefield plans on maps that he would make. Youri loved the strategical messing about with borders of places in the realm of Atlas. Vladimira thought Youri spent too much time inside the house, so Vladimira would take Youri outside.. but Youri would just continue his fantastical militaristically adventures outside! Youri one day was told about his father, when Vladimira had a emotional moment to herself and decided to tell Youri that her father was a swinger.. So Youri comforted her but wanted to meet his dad now! So the next few days he pondered if he should go to meet his dad because Eye knows where he is. but he decided to use his planning power to figure out where his dad went. He asked tons of questions at his mother about his dad but he didnt get much information except for one name "Dominion" so he went on his maps and searched for a place called "Dominion" and from that he is gonna explore the inner and outer rims of "Dominion" to find his dad.

Since Youri has such an millitaristic imagination and does all of his planning himself he believes there is an all seeing eye in the sky that looks over all the battles he or other people create. This eye he puts on his back of his cloak to show his determination.
