Born into the city of Vijorhelm. Jack was the 2nd Son of a local farmer. At the age of 5, The Siege of Vijorhelm left Jack an orphan and forced to flee the city. Left alone, Jack was forced to survive over the next few days. Found on the ground, malnourished and dehydrated, a young, honorable knight named Sir Krieg found the starving Jack. The Knight offered the young boy food and water, it was then Sir Krieg took liking in Jack. Sir Krieg named Jack his squire, and over the next decade, the Jack (now a young man) preformed duties required by his master. Here he was taught to read by Sir Krieg and was given a loose education based on his experiences traveling with the Knight. One day, Sir Krieg was mortally injured in an training accident, and the honorable knight passed away a few days later. With his only connection and home lost, Jack was no longer a squire. In honor of his Sir Krieg, he took upon the Knight’s name as his own, and departed from the camp. The newly named Jack Krieg spent the next few years taking upon odd jobs to make a living and survive...
After the long, grueling sea journey, Krieg took a deep breathe of fresh air before responding to the gentleman in front of him. “It’s a nice day, huh?” He paused a few moments before replying, “I’ve come here for work. Do you, kind sir, have any that may...” Krieg smirks and winks before finishing, “...require a sword?”
