    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Metagaming is carrying out unrealistic, unfair or harmful actions that are brought from out of character knowledge to influence in-character actions and contradicts the rules of the server.

    An example is myself metagaming my location to my friends when I am in danger.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Powergaming is carrying out unfair, and overpowering actions that disrupt and ruin the player experience not only for myself, but for other players as well.

    An example is me forcefully emoting the actions of other characters, like my sword swinging at them cleanly cuts their arm off and not giving them any opportunity to react.

Your application has been put on pending, as there are changes needing to be made before you may be accepted, as follows:

 

  • Your Character Biography is a bit short. Please include at least 10 sentences. If you don’t know what to add, I recommend thinking more about your character’s backstory! Think about where they're from, what their parents were like, why they are how they are…?
  • Please include the Definition of Roleplay
  • Your Personality Traits/Quirks states that your character was from Little Nightmares. Please make your character original, and keep in mind that cardboard did not exist in the time period this server takes place in!
  • Your Character Fear, Like, and Dislike are a bit lacking. Please explain why your character has these fears.
  • Your Roleplay Scenario Response is too short! It must be at least 4 sentences long and include at least one piece of dialogue in quotes, and one action!

 

If you do not make these changes within 24 hours, your application will be denied. When you are finished, please message me on discord @camocat9#9373 to let me know, or if you don’t have a Discord, send me a forum message, and please do ask if you have any questions.
