    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: metagaming is crossing the line between OOC (out of character) and in character. it's hard to put into words, for me. basically, it's when someone uses information that they know to their character that would not know, kind of?
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: powergaming is where someone either ignores the downsides of their characters/occupations/races flaws and weaknesses or give themselves an unfair advantage without considering the unfairness of their actions.
