    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: As a DM for DND i think the definition of metagaming is looking up or telling the group with prior knowledge to take an advantage over the situation and make the game unfair
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Making an unfair character that is flawless and was impossible to beat along with impossible abilities for there age or strength

I say "my business is none of your concern, and if I needed your help I would ask for it,"  keep walking to my destination. I do not say anything else to him I just keep walking after a ways away from the harbor I sit down on a wall or bench and think about what to do in a city so vast and with so many people do I find work, do I trade, or do I go back home. After my time thinking I go to an inn and pay to stay the night, after waking up I go out to find work that could use my skills. After a day of walking I return to the inn not finding any work, I go back to my home in the forest.

  • Your Metagaming and Powergaming Definitions are on the right track, though they’re not quite there. Take another look at our Wiki’s definitions for help, and I recommend including examples so I can tell you fully understand!

  • Your Character Biography is missing some lore references! Please remember to include at least two! These can be major events, wars, religion, etc. Here are some links that may help you find some!

  • Your Character Biography is a bit short. Please include at least 10 sentences. If you don’t know what to add, I recommend thinking more about your character’s backstory. Where are they from, what were their parents like, why are they how they are…?
     

  • Your Personality Traits/Quirks need to include at least one negative trait. This can be anything that is a fault in their personality. 

  • Your Personality Traits/Quirks are a bit lacking. If you’re lost on what more to say, think of their fears, how they act around new people, etc|
  • Your Roleplay Scenario Response is too short. It must be at least four sentences long and include at least one piece of dialogue and one action.
     
  • Your Skin is not up to LotC standards. Please take a look at our Skin Archive for references and free skins that you may use if you’d like.
