You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

expecting me huh ok ill play your game hag my village was attacked by humans there was 45 of us now its only me i was only 12 i watched my mother and father die in front of my eyes the most i remember before they took there last breath "takes a slow deep breath, was the fire everywhere and my mother using her last breath too say run and i did i after 4 days after i had ran from the village i passed out from exhaustion i woke up a day later in a cage on a slave wagon i dont remember much of my time there i got bought put into an arena and had too fight too eat i eventually earned my freedom hence my scars it was brutal i fought for my life for 8 years straight when i got out i wandered aimlessly reading books and teaching myself too write and battling anyone and anything i found searching for purpose i eventually found this place which takes us too now
