"Money," Ánwyn responded bored and tired from her journey. She pushed past the man not bothering to look back to see him stumble or to see the dirty look he was likely boring into the back of her head. Okay, she thought, first food, then sleep and work later. Her emerald eyes found it after her nose did, The Waterfront Pub was bustling with drunkards and greasy port men looking to loosen up after a long work day. The perfect place to get intel about a certain tradesmen target and with the bonus of food and spirits...nothing could beat it. Ánwyn headed for the last bar stool next to a beefy red haired man and a tense boy about the same age as her.
"You look like you might've just wet yourself, maybe go find a nursery. Im sure there is one just down main street," Ánwyn said after ordering what seemed like the whole menu. When the boy didn't respond she further pestered him by saying that he might need to go change and asking if he was even old enough to be in here.
Just when she thought he was not going to respond, he folded his hands and said, "Ive been waiting for you, Ánwyn."
