    In your own words, what is powergaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: I've read the description on what powergaming is, but im still confused as I've never joined a server like this before. So I guess i would try to just walk away if i can.

Roleplay Scenario:

Your character has just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As they look around, their gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. They duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? She begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

  • Roleplay Sample
    • minimum 6 sentences
    • have your character tell the hag their story!
    • make sure to include your character doing actions
      • ex. Tarajess reads applications, she sips on tea while reading
    • Make sure dialogue is in quotation marks
