You need to expand your power-gaming / meta-gaming / roleplay definitions. 

 

Your biography is written in the first person, although this isn't against the rules you need to include a piece of server lore / history / cities. Also try to expand your character through it.

 

Your character description needs to be broadened also, you cannot say 'A creepy person'.
