They duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? She begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

The old woman hobbles back to her tent to fetch her purse, when she unclasps the beat up bag it's filled with 2 copper, 3 silver, 1 gold. when she returns she sticks her palm out holding 1 gold piece "This is all I can spare you."
"This is perfect," Jaks reaches out a grabs the coin "I'll repay someday."
After months Jaks taking jobs of really anything he finally gets enough money to repay the woman and be steady.
