December arrived to Atlas after hearing of the many ruins and secrets the realm holds. Born into a normal family of archeologists, she admired her father that dug the earth and explored the unknown to uncover more of the world. Now, all grown up, she decides to follow her father footsteps, hoping to uncover the secrets of Atlas. To stay determined, she changed her name to December and swore not to return home until she found something worthy. However, while determined, she is always seen wearing a flower crown, a memory from her hometown in Arcas.
The traveler has just arrived in a small town. As they look around, their gaze is met with run down houses and shops. They duck into one of the shacks, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the small room, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town?" She begins, then pauses to study their face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a chair, “Where do you come from? What do you hope to make of yourself?”
They look around, observing the shack, their eyes darting around the candles. With no signs of imminent danger in sight, they let their shoulders down, finally relaxing from their journey to this town. "I wish to uncover the secrets of Atlas."
