If he is a elf: “I have come here to search and learn more about medicene so I can help sick people” I answer with a overconfident tone, that shows off that I am certain in my ability to fulfill that purporse. I begin walking away to get to the center of the city, so I can begin learning about sickness so I can do my duty and protect people.

 

If he is a non-elf: “That is non of your busniess, human” I say with disgust towards him, and turn around to walk towards the central plaza where I guess the learned people are where I can learn medicine to protect from sickness.
