    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Metagaming is when someone uses their own knowledge of the game or RP to their advantage. Say I knew something related to Lord of the Rings for LOTC so that I may advance my characters skill somehow, but yet the conversation or situation has nothing to do
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Power gaming is when a player tries to make their character stronger than it originally is based on rules or whatnot, just so they can achieve whatever it is they were wanting.

Your bio is good but I suggest small touch ups. For instance I have no idea whom this "Lots" could be. You have enough lore references, though updating your information would be good. The city within the time frame of your personas age has since changed names.
