You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

"Eh? me??" She didn't expect the hag in front of her to ask such a thing. Calypso looked around her, she didn't like the foggy dim town.. "where did you even come from??" She was suspicious of the old hag and where she even came from but despite her thoughts she sat down.. "oh.." Calypso, look at the person in front of her then sighed. "well.. ever since I was a child I always loved the idea of magic.." She'd mess with her hair, nervous to talk with this old woman.. "I grew up in a rich town but because of how I look, I've always been a bit of a outcast.. I keep to myself." Her breath stutters a bit. "I love to read.. and I enjoy learning things.. My mother would often read to me, or even share stories about people with magic." Calypso's hair is white as snow yet seems so- unkept, she would . "I haven't been able to learn magic yet either.." her hands clench. "I want to be a witch doctor..." The air is full of fury now. "I'm not sure how though." Calypso made the poor woman uncomfortable now. Her hands shaking now.
