Born to an unknown pair of parents Vonell Soliloquy was an orphan who roamed the streets and local woods of his village. He was given the last name “Soliloquy” as more of a mocking nickname than a respectable last name. As a kid Vonell would often talk to himself out loud  so the son of a theater troop actor dubbed him “Soliloquy” Vonell though hurt, chose to embrace it and thus he became “Vonell Soliloquy”.  Vonell growing up lived in an abandoned farm house and often made his living either by doing odd jobs or pocketing the odd shiny thing off the occasional un-watched windowsill. Some believed he could talk to ghosts due to him living in the farmhouse some thought to be haunted. Another belief he used to his advantage. He would hold seances claiming  to contact the spirits of people’s deceased loved ones for a pretty coin. During one of these seances though the candles blew out and furniture started to lift. Though  he had pulled tricks before to frighten his attendees these were not tricks of his own. Fearing his abode was now haunted Vonell fled the town in hopes to escape the spirit he had wrongfully summoned. He bought passage to Arcas hoping to get as far away from possible and to learn more about the dark magic that may be able to stop the supposed haunting of his old farm house. Stepping off the boat he now arrives believing free of the potential vengeful spirit and ready to start a new life.
