    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: meta-gaming is where a player uses information obtained from another source outside of the game in the game. for example fred2.0 is informed over discord by a mate that bob3.6 is intending to raid his base. this info is completely defining the word meta.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: power-gaming means the ability to carry out god-like, totally unrealistic or unfair actions in a game towards another player. for example fred2.0 is a human teenager who can fly through his world.
