    In your own words, what is powergaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: Let others react: Don’t force actions or outcomes; give players a chance to respond.
    Stay realistic: Do things your character could actually do.
    Focus on story, not winning: RP is about creating fun moments together.
    Emote actions, not results: Say what you try to do, not what automatically happens.
    Talk OOC if unsure: Clear things up politely before acting.
    In your own words, what is metagaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: Unfair advantage: Using OOC info gives your character knowledge or power they shouldn’t have, like knowing secrets or traps without learning them in-game.
    Ruins immersion: It makes the story feel fake when characters magically know things they shouldn’t.
    Takes away real RP moments: Players miss out on discovering things naturally through roleplay.
    Frustrates others: It can make people feel like their effort and story choices don’t matter.
    In short, metagaming breaks fairness and realism, turning good story-based RP into something more like cheating.

Physical Description: A rugged man with dark hair, brown eyes, and a brown tunic with gray trousers and boots.
Roleplay Scenario:

Your character has just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As they look around, their gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. They duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? She begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

((How do you respond?))

"You’ve been expecting me?" Sultan Kooky repeats, his voice low but edged with disbelief. he removes his hood, revealing tired eyes that have seen too many roads and too few safe nights.

"Oh, I just, uh…" you stutter, tensing up. You eye the crone, then back outside the tent. For a moment, the air thickens with anticipation, until…
