It was a hard voyage, especially after having to stow away in the lower deck. Having just stepped off of the boat in the port of a massive and fortified city. Before you lies a sprawling bazaar, with numerous shops, stalls, and seated traders selling wares to folk of all walks of life. Just as you’re about to continue walking onwards, into the market, you’re approached by a well-dressed gentleman who looks upon you with a big smile.
“Welcome!” He began. “What brings you to this lovely city? Adventure? Wealth? Or some grand aspirations to elevate your place in society?”
Waving her hands, she gitterishly responds. "N-nothing so grandiose I assure ye, just makin my way around, seein' what there is to see!" Laughing nervously
The man takes notice of your appearance, as for how unnatural it is for an orc. "Say, what's up with your eyes? One of em a prosthetic?"
"n-no, my eyes are real...it's just a birth defect...like a lot of me..." Taking a Defeated tone
"Nevertheless, not many Orcs tend to come around these parts, heard you're kind were too busy fighting wars." His hands are at his hips, a judgemental expression...
"no, i-i'm not here to cause trouble or fight like...them. I'm just looking for work, any odd jobs to get some coin to stay alive..."
