I regretfully have to deny this application.

First off please create a Forums Account for further reapplications so we may guide you through the process better.

Secondly this is fantastic writing but you've really not given any insight to the persona you are applying with.
Please give us more insight to the person you wish to play, not the history of how she came to be please!
Third, you cannot join as the commander to anything. You're coming to be as a person that is a clean slate in terms of ranks

within Atlas, and furthermore there isn't a Kha army in existence currently.

So please, as stated before, create a Forum Account so next time you apply we can assist you better through the application process.
