"I've already had a taste of the latter two, and so I'm looking for the former." Henry said with a good natured chuckle. "Have you any idea where I could find a tavern, my good sir?"
"Just down the way, my good fellow." the man responded. "Oh, and be on the look out for thieves. thats a lovely ring you have their, wouldn't want someone to take it, now would we?"
Hennery's smile almost waivered, his eyes shifting slightly. "And what would you know of thieving, old man? Had a try at it, have you?"
The man confusedly looked at the traveler before him. "I beg your pardon? I've done nothing of the sort! how dare you accuse me of such vile acts of villainy! be gone from my sight, you great buffoon. "
Hennery walked away, fidgeting with his ring. He would have to be careful, as always. Sometimes, it seemed the whole world was against him. He made his way towards the in, his eyes glaring at every shadow on the way.
