    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Unrealistic knowledge of events about to happen. breaking the fourth wall. for ex. Dodalia is a sword weilder, but to shoot something far away, shes suddenly an expert with a bow and arrow.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Being overpowered. Not able to be killed. Ex. Immediately slicing off someones head and ending a fight.

*Dodalia grabs the gentleman’s hand excitedly and shakes it* “Oh hello! i’m hoping I can find the most amazing adventure here. I’d love to meet new people and explore the city!” She looks around taking in the bustling market place and is eager to explore. Then without hearing the rest of what the gentleman has to say, she runs into the busy market to look at the food being offered.
