    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Do something your character doesnt know about, but you know it irl. like learn how to cook soup but without ur character knowing how, and just cook soup in game
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: doing things impossible, or too overpowered, like summoning watermelons on people and insta kill them

Thank you, kind sir. In fact, I’m just trying to start a new life, since where I come from, people were treated miserably. We were not fed well, even the nobles were not fed that well. The king has taken all our foods and crops for his pleasure. I smuggled in some ships to get here. I am all alone. I don’t know where to go. Can you give me directions to a place where I can find some food and a place to stay the night. I can pay, but not much, that’s all I got.

  • Definition of power-gaming is vague. You may check out LotC’s definition of both terms to get a better understanding, https://wikia.lordofthecraft.net/index.php?title=Metagaming_%26_Powergaming. 
  • Please add at least [1] piece of lore into your character biography. Things such as race and general names of cities or people do not count. Linked is the wiki page for the server lore. Perhaps also switching out Yamachichy as it is a Canadian city that does not exist in LotC. 
  • Your roleplay scenario must include both a speech text quote and emote. Right now, you only have a quote. You may refer to the example given at the top of the application. 
  • The skin you have chosen does not fit the medieval time period of LotC; the eyes being a bit odd. Please choose a different skin. You may use the skins linked here!

Linked here is the server lore. You must implement two pieces of lore in your character biography. Things like major city names, names of realms do not count. 

And please expand on your definition of power-gaming.
