    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: It's essentially when a player uses external sources of information to enhance their experience usually at the detriment of other players. There is often small misconducts of this rule in the form of speaking over Discord, Steam, or DM's - spreading information that their characters should not know. It is not necessarily bad to have the knowledge, but if you act upon it, It would be considered meta-gaming. An example of this may be a player knowing about an upcoming ambush, and telling their friend in Discord. If their friend chooses to take another route to avoid the ambush based on this knowledge, then they have meta-gamed.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: It is the act of forcing a player into a roleplay/enviroment where they have no freedom to respond. E.g, if a player roleplaying forces a fight/act upon someone who does not want to participate.
