Elowen looks the man up and down. This human is exudes posterity and deceit. She is curious about his goal and why he has decided to set up fair in this location. He must wish to intercept beings he sees as an easy target. Too bad for him Elowen may be a young elf but she is not a stupid elf.
She matches his energy with her reply. "Good Sir! Thank you for the welcome. I have come to observe this city and see what it has to offer."
He replies. "Ah, young one. I have many things to offer you come this way."
*Young one?* she contemplates his response. Then replies "Kind sir, young I may be, but something seems a bit amiss with your offer. Why would I follow you into your tent...you seem to underestimate my ability to smell a rat."
The gentlemen is outwardly offended by her comment and there is something sinister behind his dark colored eyes.
He continues in a low tone, "I know more of you then you think, young Elowen...it is in your best interest to follow me before the people that have been tailing you off the boat decide to make a move.
Shocked she wonders how he knows her given name. She slowly scans the crowd around her and starts to feel uneasy. She wonders if she can trust this man or if she should take a chance with the crowd. Against her best sense she follows the man into the tent clenching the dagger she keeps hidden beneath her shirt...
