Putting this on pending for the following reasons :

• Your metagaming definition is inaccurate. 
• Your power gaming definition need work. I suggest also looking up power emoting. 
• You need to include, at a minimum, two pieces of server history and lore. 
• Ragnar is a rather cliche name for a large, blonde character. This is only a suggestion. 
• Your interesting facts should be traits. Things like bad sight, or a stammer as opposed to what the characters are good or bad at. Please look at changing them to suit.

I'm going to deny this based on the following:

• You still failed to include any lore within your character story. 
• You have edited red eyes into the character, yet his description still states blue. Red eyes are not something a human on lotc can have. 
• Your interesting facts section are still not traits. I suggest googling lists of character traits to help you decide on some relevent ones. 

Don't fret, however. This only means you can reapply again in 24 hours time.
