How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: When a person outside of the "Game" tells the outside about their backstory or such (As an example) and they know it in game. So outside info to be used in rp without your character telling.
How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: A player who either makes themselves outside or in game "Unkillable", or unstopable and nothing can kill them. Someone that is neither needs the power for admins to approve or the other player itself.
