You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

Keerla adjusts the flowy white fabric she's draped in before taking a seat. "You've been expecting me?" She pauses, before continuing. "I'm Keerla. I'm a high elf from far off." She shifts nervously. "I'm totally new here as of a couple days ago, I barely made it back to sea. The ship was ridden with disease and famine. So many of us didn't make it. It was a rough journey. Anyways, enough of that." She paused. "I've come here to better myself and get away from the slavery my family had been trapped in. I have so many dreams and aspirations, they sent me over themselves because of my resilience." She stands up, beginning to study some bottles on a shelf. "I don't even know all that much about myself, only what was taught about me- if that makes sense. I came here to find myself."
