Your character has just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As they look around, their gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. They duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? She begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”
((How do you respond?))
My story?" I walk over and sit down and think about why I'm here "I don't really have a story? so i guess that means my story starts here?" I almost question myself "but what brings me here?" I mess with my fingers on my hands for a bit "I guess for a new life? a new adventure so my life and story can really begin" I agree with myself then I start thinking how did she know i was coming?. "Wait how did you know I was coming here?" I ask her with one of my eyebrows raised while also half getting out of my seat.
