• Your Powergaming definition was too vague and could have been expanded upon.
• Your Character cannot be supernatural in any way (ie. purple skin). 
• Your Character Backstory should hold at least two lore references. 
• Your Roleplay Scenario is too short.
• Your Skin is literally a fish person, not even an elf with blue skin like you inferred.

Overall, your application simply does not fit within the current criteria for an applicant. Your character submission does not follow the requirements given, which is why we had to move your application to denied. Should you choose to re-apply, our Wiki holds plenty of valuable information that can be used for creating a character in your next application. Please try to adhere to current lore and criteria when re-applying.
