Your character has just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As they look around, their gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. They duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? She begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

The human Cassian would be on horse back as he enters the dingy small town in the distasteful swamp. There he would eventually meet an old hag who would be curious on why he picked this town out of all the surrounding towns. One of her questions would be "How did you end up here?" Cassian responds, "I'm a lord less Knight looking for some work and possible a new lord" The old hag would look him and his dirtied armor covered with scratches and dents and an unfamiliar crest engraved into the armor. She then would ask him "What does that crest represent?" and Cassian would pause and have great sorrow in his eyes before saying "from lands far from this one, now destroyed by constant war". She would notice the pain in Cassian's eyes, eyes that saw terrible things. "It seems like you've experience many hardships to get were you are now." She said with sorrow in her eyes. "Yes... I've done stuff I stood against, horrible things I did in battle" He said, "The lives I've taken still waive heavy on me til this day." She gives him a hug, and then points him over to the inn where he can stay the night. As he leaves she says "I hope you find what your looking for here" before walking away into the night.
