Cosmo was born with his two alchemist parents in a small town, his parents loved him and they usually let him try a bunch of potions they had, on one faithful day, his father was on a trip out of town, and his mother was making a dangerous drink, though... it looked like mere strawberry juice, and as Cosmo drank it, a curse flowed into his body, his mother wasnt looking, and his usually light purple eyes, started changing colour, into crimson, and he started going insane, the now 8 year old Cosmo had a cursed soul travel into his body to live with his normal soul for the rest of his life, no one knew what happened to his parents, but the only thing that is known, is that his parents had died that same day, his dad rushing back into town, and in the night, the house was in pieces, both of his parents nowhere to be found, and no real explanation as to why as he now traveled on his own, far away from the town. He, after multiple days of walking, got into a forest, and the deeper he went, the more he lost his way, but after hours of walking he found a town through the forest, which after later discovery was a harbor town. Cosmo soon got into the town. Though as of this point when he got to the town, he lost consiousness due to his starvation and exhaustion. After some time he woke up, maybe a couple hours later, he assumed, until one of the town's healers told him almost straight up he had been sleeping for four or so days. As he could hear this he quickly got up and trembled holding his hand against his face, but he could then see some red, crimson glow on his hand, and he soon realized his eye was the thing that was glowing, and he looked scared. After a long explanation about how his body was cursed by The Crimson Demon or with the other calling, The Crimson flames. It is said that the crimson flames burn through any armor, while it may not inflict the most amount of damage from all of the different flames, it certainly was the most painful, as every time you get hit by an attack laced with the Crimson flames, it feels as though the fire burns through your entire body, like a screeching pain, striking down even the most formidable foes if used correctly. but the only problem was... no one was in control, but the flames themselves, you would be hurting anyone and everyone in sight. As Cosmo got explained that his body basically had a demon inside of his body, he decided to live in this town, though he had to train concentration here as the only thing the curse needs to take control, is for the user to fall unconsious and thus lose his own soul's control, or get so angry that they lose control. so he stayed in the town trained in the town and he could also see himself growing in the town after what felt like nothing. he had turned 18 and he had planned to leave the place and as much as they would have liked to keep Cosmo due to his well progressing studies, he said to them that he wanted to see the world.
