Your character has just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As they look around, their gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. They duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? She begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”
"i- uhm ya know" He stare's at the lady wondering why me... out of all people would be expected "just.. just looking for a restart honestly.. my last home got destroyed... by the.. *a look of shock comes over his face as he stops talking and looks away* He had plans to start a new life here. Make enough money to live comfortably and mostly find new people to surround himself. Not Knowing where are the others who from from his old town. He was honestly really scared and really excited. "h-how why have you been expecting me though" He says instantly questioning on if the person might have known me..? Or what if they were the ones who caused the damage to my home.. His eyes flicker around the room to try to get a bit of a grasp/understanding of where he was. Questioning a bit on why he so blindly talked to the old woman. Was he being too trustful yet again..
