    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Basically going out of character.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Doing things that would place you higher than others, basically making yourself a god, for example.

I’m here on a business trip. My family owns a farm, back in Calembel. My parents sent me to find people to sell our crops and wine to. ‘’You should visit the Inn, if you have time, the Innkeeper is in need of wine!’’ he said. As we were talking, a woman passed by, saying ‘’Hey Margor, I’m leaving!’’. The man shaked my hand and said ‘’It was nice meeting you, goodluck on your mission’’, and he quickly walked off with the woman.

I looked the other way, seeing a sign saying ‘’Inn’’ with an arrow to the right. That’s the way I’m going.
