-Your character cannot start as an important person, therefore he could not be the "Right hand of the very powerful man Otto III".

-Humans generally do not have white hair unless they are elderly. Since your character is only 19 I would suggest changing this. You can find human physical traits on the Wiki here. 

-Your interesting facts should contain at least one weakness your character might have. I would suggest changing your last fact to a weakness, as once again you cannot start as an important person.
