 You are almost to making the server, there is a few things you need to fix.

I. First thing would be, please put your definitions into english as this is an english speaking server.

II. the second thing would to add lore to your personas biography, you will also need to make a biography about your persona, as it seems you are lacking one if you need help with this, here is the wiki https://wikia.lordofthecraft.net/index.php?title=Main_Page 

III. The third thing is your skin is actually not allowed for the servers lore, If you need help to get a new skin that would work on the server heres an old skin thread https://www.lordofthecraft.net/forums/topic/161821-the-lotc-skin-archive/
