    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Unrealistic actions, or actions with insufficient roleplay, that should or would not happen. For example, you can't just *cut off his hand*, this is insufficient roleplay and it is also unlikely that this would happen without resistance.

*Cici, tired from the journey, looks at the man warily. She blinks twice, looking him up and down, before taking a small step away from him.*

 

“Are you an officer? Must I answer to enter?”

 

*The man’s eyes widen slightly, astounded by the response, his smile disappearing. He coughs, looking around briefly before steadying his gaze back on the girl.*

 

“Something like that,” he responds cautiously, “I do need an answer.”

 

*Cici sighs, steadying her posture and lifting her chin slightly.”

 

“I’m just passing through, I guess. Might stick around. I’ll see how I like it.”

 

*The man shakes his head slightly, baffled. He pauses for a moment, thinking, before shrugging his shoulders.*

 

“Very well. Head on through.”
