Get yourself aware of these rules and edit your application to answer the question accordingly. 

Your character biography needs to have history of your character, be it the life-story or how they arrived to the land of Atlas. You're also required to include a piece of server lore/history/time within your biography which you can find in the Wiki link above.

Your characters description doesn't equal to the skin you refereed to. Please edit this accordingly.
